Having received your miiPet membership card simply scan your card with any miiPet partner store to enjoy discounts on a wide range of pet products

You can expect your card with unique code to arrive with 3 -5 working days

You can find miiPet stores in  our miiPet Store Locator. Our network of stores is always growing but please let us know if you’d like your local store to be involved in our contact us page.

Click on your preferred store to find all our amazing discounts – all discounts are set against recommended retail prices unless otherwise specified

You can update your details in ‘My account‘ section. You will need to log in to complete this. Please note we cannot auto renew your membership without the correct payment details.

You can let us know in our Contact Us page. Please allows 3-5 working days for your new membership card to arrive.

A Membership can only be used by the named member. A membership cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Log in to ‘My Account‘ section to view your membership details. 

Your membership will automatically renew upon expiry of your existing membership. You will receive notification of this via the email address you provided 14 days in advance of your membership renewing

You can cancel your membership at any time. Refunds or credits are not provided if you cancel your membership within your current term, unless cancelling within your 14 day cooling off period.

To buy an additional membership, simply go to our memberships, add your desired membership, go through to the checkout, and ensure you enter the same email address as your original order. Your membership will be added to your account area.
